The program will have a continuous process of
self-evaluation with input from all involved in the fellowship
training including the trainees themselves. This will identify any
problems and suggest possible solutions including assessment of areas of
training which may not be sufficiently addressed. Formal assessment
will be done twice a year along with faculty evaluations by the fellows.
