LIOEHC collaborates with other groups to conduct studies on the relationship between the workplace, the environment and health problems. We were a NIOSH selected site for evaluation of World Trade Center related health problems. Our current research interests include work-related hypertension, Lyme disease, asbestos exposure, occupational asthma, Workers' compensation and World Trade Center related illness.
